Weekend Nianfo Meditation Retreat

15th-17th March, 2024

Mornington Peninsula, VIC Australia

Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery at our upcoming Nianfo Meditation Retreat in the heart of Melbourne. Immerse yourself in a serene and supportive environment designed to deepen your meditation practice and foster inner peace.

The retreat will be hosted at an elegant and spacious country home with amazing views of the Mornington Peninsula area. We will practice Nianfo meditation in nature and enjoy the beautiful views. Nianfo (Amitabha chanting) is a simple yet powerful meditation to help us obtain peace of mind. There will be a combination of chanting sessions, walking meditation and silent meditation in nature. Jiawen will also give Dharma talks during the retreat (you can read about Jiawen’s bio here). There will also be an optional daily yoga class for those who want to join. The retreat is suitable for all levels of practitioners.
